  • Year, model, color, and license plate number
  • The vehicle identification number (V.I.N.) on your registration documents
  • Type of service required or a brief description of the problem

A8, S8, or R8 Owners
For owners of an A8, S8 or R8, Audi provides the convenience of towing directly to an Authorized Aluminum Collision Repair Facility. For this service, call (866) 478-3456.

Audi Assist
In addition to Audi Roadside Assistance, dealers participating in the Audi Assist program also offer an Audi vehicle to come out and provide starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and other minor repairs, helping you get back on your way in the shortest time possible.

Audi Roadside app
With the Audi Roadside Assistance app, summoning help is a simple matter of using your smartphone to select the service you need. (i.e. jump start, tire change, towing) and waiting for help to arrive, already equipped with the details of your issue and vehicle. Should you need services of an Audi dealer, the app can also provide the location, phone number, and hours of nearby facilities.


    Coverage eligibility
    Coverage for all new Audi passenger vehicles sold in the United States and Puerto Rico lasts four years from the date of delivery or warranty start date, whichever comes first.
