Dear Customers:

During the COVID pandemic, Goodson Acura established important protocols to ensure the safety of colleagues and customers. I want to assure you that those processes will NOT change with Governor Abbott's lifting of the State mask mandate which takes effect on March 10.

The Governor's order DOES NOT preclude establishments from requiring certain hygiene protocols. To assure a safe environment Goodson Acura will continue to practice proven tactics for controlling the spread of COVID-19, including universal masking, as has been our policy for many months. CUSTOMERS who refuse to wear a mask are encouraged to use our virtual technology to shop and purchase a vehicle, including at-home delivery. For service customers refusing to wear a mask, you are welcome to take advantage of our pick-up and delivery service.

While the vaccine rollout is promising, to date only a small fraction of our community is vaccinated, and there is still much work to be done. We urge everyone to stay vigilant in protecting their own health as well as the health of others.

Wearing a mask is considerate and helps slow community spread. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Sincerely,
